Club Together is a fantasy football fundraising platform designed to help sports clubs and organisations raise funds through engaging fantasy league games. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Club Together platform, website, and associated services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in games.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts without explicit permission.

3. Game Participation and Entry Fees

• Entry fees are voluntary contributions to the participating sports club's fundraising efforts.
• Entry fees are non-refundable once paid, unless prohibited by local law or the game creator explicitly offers refunds.
• Funds collected through entry fees belong to the game creator (club/organisation) and are not held by Club Together.
• Club Together does not take a commission on entry fees unless explicitly agreed upon.
• Players acknowledge that game creators determine prize distribution, if any.
• Club Together is not responsible for the handling or distribution of funds collected by game creators.

4. Fantasy Football Rules

• Players must select their team picks before each gameweek deadline set by the game creator.
• Points are awarded based on team performance in official football matches.
• The game creator may enforce custom rules in addition to standard fantasy football scoring.
• Club Together provides the platform but does not control individual game rules set by creators.
• Disputes over scoring should be raised with the game creator, not Club Together.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to engage in fraud, illegal gambling, or money laundering.
• Manipulate game results or collude with other players to unfairly advantage certain teams.
• Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Violate any applicable local, state, or international laws.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Club Together retains all rights to the platform, design, functionality, and original content. Users retain ownership of their account data and picks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Third-Party Data and Services

Club Together uses football data from third-party providers (such as football-data.org) to power the platform. We are not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies or delays in third-party data.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
• Changes to third-party APIs or data availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Club Together is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to access the platform in the previous 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Club Together makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's functionality, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Fantasy football outcomes are unpredictable, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Together, its owners, operators, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Club Together reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Fail to pay outstanding fees or obligations.

Termination does not affect your liability for breaches or money owed.

12. Changes to Terms

Club Together may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Club Together operates, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
